Default Birth control and AAS

I have a friend looking to cut fat and build lean muscle. She is currently
on birth control. I am wandering what good mild cycle would do for her.
I told her the pill directly effects her estrogen levels.

My question would be can a woman use aas on BC? I also read anti-e's
can help with stubborn female fat deposits. Should she drop the BC?

She is 27 years old, 127 lbs, about 15% BF. Fat mostly on ass and thighs.
She is upping cardio and diet is clean.

Im also wandering about clen.

You can use them together but think of it this way, what good will it do you with added estrogen? She should be off bc for 2-3 mos before taking any AAS. I looked into this after running Var on BC and not seeing much difference, then running it off and seeing a huge difference. My dr. basically said (which makes complete sense and was what I thought which is why I asked him straight out) that most pills are a combo of estrogen and progesterone, doesn't really make the AAS too effective. It's like taking a cycle and a full PCT at the same time, the added hormones in the pill will make the AAS much less effective.

Hope I made that clear enough as to why it doesn't make sense to run AAS on BC. Additionally, every time I cycles I lost my period, so do most women I have talked to who cycle... however, I wouldn't rely on that for birth control.

good post. I have nothing to add, because you covered it all. The two, IMO - do not mix.

Any other thoughts on this...I have someone 30 who is getting ready for a fitness and figure show and wants to run some var and clen...She is on birth control...Do you really think it would be a waste to run that? Any thoughts or suggestions appreciated...

shouldnt anti estrogens STOP her cycle thus rendering the birthcontrol pill useless? without estrogen your ovaries don't let loose any eggs thus no pregnancy. I know that my anti hormone injections puts me virtually in a chemical menopause...

So do you think that her birthcontrol pills would be useless or her use of AAS? Or both? Still need some clarification.
