Oi!
I am currently living in the middle of the desert on a job that will last at least another 2-3 months. I work for my boyfriend who owns an excavation company, which means I work with dirt. I do everything from expertly running a shovel to driving a paddle scraper, backhoe, skip loader, roller, etc. We do paving, as well - so come August or Sept, I'll be laying down blacktop. Oh, boy.The middle of nowhere is currently equiped with: - 1 incline/decline bench - 1 flat bench - 800 + lbs of plates - Olympic bars and regular bars - dumbell bars - Bowtech Selectech adjustable weights with stand. (weight up to 52lbs per dumbell) - stretch bands - 8lb medicine ball - ab ball - some junky home gym equipment that someone dropped off without asking and we don't know what to do with. It has a roman chair, tho. I suppose I could use that...Workout has been spotty - we're trying to work 10 hour days at night (10pm - 8am) but equipment keeps breaking down and it's hard to get adjusted. I'm tired all the time. Plus - it's friggin hot. 115-120 day temp. It cools down to around 100 at 8pm - this is when I've been working out. We built a shelter over the weight equipment (25 x 25ft) and threw some plywood on the ground for a floor. It's not much, but it will get me through. This log is intended to keep my diet straight and keep me working out. I have VIP tickets to the Olympia in October, and want to look good. So, my current stats are: Height = 5'1" Weight Today = 143 Body Fat = 14% ish. My abs and upper body are lean, my ass is not. lolol Lean body mass = approx 122 lbs body fat in lbs = approx 20lbs Measurements: neck 13.5 chest = 33.5 bicep = 12.5 waist = 28 bum = 36 thigh = 23 calf = 14 I'll enter my workout food for yesterday and today - & we'll go from there. |

Wow,I give you credit for keeping yourself in check working in the middle of nowhere!! I need routine in my day or I can't stay in check
I definitely look forward to following this, you have awesome abs. My body is the complete opposite, my butt and legs will be real lean before you see my abs. Good luck and keep us updated! |

(if you concentrate hard enough, it tastes pretty good. )no protein - I know, I know.
