tried this couple years back. liked it at the time but look back and realize how much water it made me hold. guess the creatine and simple carbs together didnt work for me. ive never used creatine since. i dont know why but it seems almost like a waste to me

Yeah, use to love the stuff, got crazy pumps from it. My only problem with it was that you had to use a blender of some sorts. Anything else and it easily clumbs up

im going to try it. im taking a break from AAS for a few months. ill let yall know if i like it or not. i havent tried creatine in years.

Great stuff, I cannot take creatine without it, for some reason i feel funny if I take creatine without it. I'm using it now with igf-1 during my post cycle.

I'm taking just waxy maize by the way, 25 bucks for a never ending supply. Mixes fine, I take it 15 minutes before creatine or isolate.

is igf-1 good to take with this product?

this product has been discounted because they copied it from another companies product. it is still available online while supplies last. if you like creatine. i would stock up on this product.
