Signs that supplements are working
I like to feel that a supplement I'm taking is working, but I know it's not nessasary to 'feel it.'
Recently I started using DS Lean Xtreme, and I noticed my appetite was way easier to control. I simply wasn't getting very hungry while eating smaller meals (I'm cutting.) LX doesn't contain an appetite suppresant. LX is designed to reduce cortisol, cortisol increases appetite. This to mean suggests it's working, and reducing cortisol.
Does anyone else have experiences with supplements like this? Many people cite gains they've made, but gains are so hard to quantify. It could be water weight, or fat, and you could have lost water and not fat, or you could be stronger because you got more rest, your CNS was better rested. I was looking more for a physiological connection like I made.
