Default Re: Great Back Day!!

Deads and bet barbell rows are done on days when I'm not doing the t-bars. Deads are DEFINITELY a part of my regular routine. I believe a bodybuilder truly can't develop the thick, strong back successfully without some form of deads. You can always tell the guy on stage who neglects the back work.
Also, I cycle my rep ranges on each 4 day body part rotation. I vary between 4-8, and 8-12 reps depending on strength levels. There are also usually a few drop/super/pyramid/whatever sets thrown in for fun when the mood strikes. Back and legs are my favorite body parts so I tend to go a bit crazy with them.
Peace and good health to you all
