Finally got a chance to write an intro. I have been a "lurker" on many boards for years,(steroid.com, PM, Anabolex, Offshore.....) Found the search button answered most of my questions. I found ABB and decided to finally become a member, i have been lifting weights for a long time and hope i can share some insight and info.
