I'm in the same boat. What is your BF%?
From what I've read, 1 LB of fat can only lose about 31 calories a day. After this, your body taps into LBM. Obviously this means it's already used alot of glycogen/liver glycogen.
So if you have 20 lb's of fat, that means you can safely lose approximately 600 calories a day before you body starts using muscle for fuel. Now obviously you could augment yourself with bcaa's, and meal timing, and such and maybe get a little more out of it, and better protect LBM.
Try eating microwaved brocolli with spray butter. This will fill stomach volume, yeild a decent amount of fiber and lead to satiety.
Also use BCAA's when you're hungry, sugar free jello, coffee w/ spenda, etc.
Keep that stomach busy.
