It's annoying because it the same damn arm that was infected on the very last shot of my last cycle--and this was the first shoot of this cycle. Just irritating as hell. I usually bake my gear as a precaution...but i got antzy.
Damn bro, is your gear homebrew? If you're cleaning the outside part of the vial and the injection site with alcohol thoroughly and using new needles/syringe every time you shouldn't be getting infections.

Other than that I'd say it's time for a new source, or maybe you are allergic or have become allergic to what the gear is suspended in..... cottonseed oil, grapeseed oil, EO....
