I try to wait until I feel at least 75to 80% of mysel getting better. If it takes too long and I start to panic about losing muscle mass and gains. (usually 1 or 2 days) ha ha, I will go do some light stuff until I get back into the swing of things. Just being in the gym is important to maintaining the state of mind...
