I like New whey from IDS! very convenient and gives me a change from the typical protein. 2 downsides in my opinion, it is very expensive, and its not great on its own.

I believe the manufacturer markets the product to be used as an add on to a meal lacking in enough protein. I always use one when eating my bowl of oats each morning.
