Yeah, phentermine is related to an ampethamine, but is much weaker chemically than something like adderall, which can also be prescribed for appetite. Since both t3 and clen can raise your heart rate, I wouldnt use them with phentermine. It is the delayed release capsule, probably ionamin or adipex p, which gives less side effects, but I would still try to go without it. If you have to use it, maybe try to get your doc to give you some of the short acting ones, and just use them when you get cravings, like at night.
Actually if you look at the research, fen phen was actually pretty safe when compared to other diet drugs, and in the cases where it was blamed for heart valve problems, there were many other factors than just the drug. I wish it were still available, or pondamin, the only non stimulant appetite suppressant available then.
