sunday-carb load day if u work out, if not do it on a carb load day.
Only eat carbs After weight workouts, if you arnt working out with weights then you dont need any carbs, so try to have a 3 day week of working out with weights so you have 4 days of non carb days with 1 carb load day. On the days you dont workout with weights, take in high protein/ high fat.
