If and when I do cardio I mix it up.
I either do long slow bouts of cardio like brisk walking for an hour
or
Intense Interval Training 30-45 seconds hard and fast followed with 1-2 minutes of slow and steady.
I like the treadmill, versa climber if I had one, rowing machine, and stairmaster. Bikes are a waist of time if your 100% healthy. You dont burn near as many calories IMO.
When I diet down I try and get 2-4 sessions a week...when not dieting I may get one session in a week...but thats it.
