I usually run it for six weeks, running couple of weeks of Benadryl in the middle. I've had good results with both the liquid and the orals, but whoever said use a slin pin to get proper dosage is right. Espescially at very small levels.

i agree....both with using a slin pin and with running benedrly on your third week of clen cycles....it works wonders
