I may add that I have overcome not the best of genetics...my dad is 5'7" 165lbs and I graduated high school at 180lbs..powerlifted in the 181lb class..did very well I might add.

SO I have put on a solid 50lbs in the last 8 years, and actually the last 6 years as I was 185 with I was 20 and decided to start my first ill-advised cycle..lol

I have grown and grown up since then and completed 4 good actual cycles and a few small 6 week Prop/Tren trials
