Whats yalls opinion on this type of training?

It seems to me like your overtraining. I think it could be used for trimming down but getting truely strong, does it really work?
I usually split my body into half train like this...
Mon Chest shoulders triceps and legs heavy 2-8 rep range.
Tues Back biceps abs heavy 2-8 rep range.
Wed - cardio if I get my ass up
Thurs - cardio if I get my ass up.
Fri - Circuit training reps 10-20 Same muscles as monday
Sat - circuit training reps 10-20 Same muscles as Tuesday
Sun - Rest
I dont do cardio when I am working on size and strength. I do cardio on the days mentioned when trying to lean up.
I thought about adding some crossfit instead of circuit training.
