^^^ Caber and/or letro will fix that.
I love caber..just the studies on it scare me with the heart valve thing, then again that is very high doses.
Keeping prolactin low is also a must, especially with 19-nors.
Longest I personally would run 19-nors would depend. 16 weeks or so, just depends on your goals.
