I try and stick with my butt, it's much easier to deal with than delts or quads. Pins in my delts and quads really hinder my workout, although I was pinning tren and prop at the same time. You might be okay with just the prop.
Only one way to find out, experiment. Trust me, it's impossible to get a straight up answer since everyone's pain tolerances are different.
