i'm pretty sure the reason you are not supposed to use arimidex for post cycle is because it is an ai(aromitase inhibitor). it inhibits aromitase(something in the body) from converting free test into estrgen. since the conversion of free test to estrogen leads to problems such as gyno, water retention, ect. it is great to use during a cycle, but it is not needed post cycle.
