well i am not sure who posted that may be it was me but on 50mg t3 and 100mcg clen with no cardio and a low carb diet but still eating 3 pounds of red meat ext daily(so it wasnt low calorie)i lost about 12lb in two weeks BUT 5lb was just water weight that was lost.

as you no from the ssb most people are against clen but it does help in conjuction with t3.
i didnt really lose muscle but i lost power from rapid weight loss but i swear i looked like a diff person after 3 weeks it was shocking really
to be honest how i see it is its better to use multi compounds at a low dose than only one at a huge dose so yeah i would use the clen and t3 at a low dose and only increase if your goals arnt being reached.
i think its a mistake to run t3 with out gear though cause i would say its a no brainer that muscle will be lost.
