Oh, I know exactly who I'm talking to - the people who really need to stop and think about this shit the hardest.
I don't care how another person dresses, or whether they conform to some arbitrary societal norm for their gender. It does not affect me personally if my classmate or co-worker wears pants or a skirt, no matter what their gender is. I just don't give a shit and it's not my business. If they want to express themselves, good for them, I'm going to pretty much ignore it if it's not directly affecting me and it's none of my business. Nobody has the right to make choices about another person's dress and behavior that don't directly affect anyone but themselves. If you don't like something you see, be an adult and fucking ignore it, the whole world is full of shit you may not like or agree with.
