Although I don't have anything to offer regarding HMG's dose, frequency or duration of use the most common form of it I've seen used is Menopur. The one thing I wanted to add though is that I don't believe HMG is also a LH simulator but a FSH simulator in males. Most times I've heard of it used is in addition to using HCG not using HMG completely by itself as an alternative to HCG.

I think the regular protocol of using HCG for pre PCT or using it for long cycles is still a good way to go. I think the addition of HMG along with HCG might be beneficial for those who are VERY shut down and regular HCG + PCT involving Nolva/AI's/Clomid/other supplements is not performing as effectively as it should.
