I am in my mid 30's been hitting the weights of and on since i was 17. Have had a few injuries, tore a pec in '98 with surgical repair, 4 left knee surgeries (played a little Rugby in college). Took off (just plain quit) for a few years after that.
Started out at 17 weighing in at 165, biggest I have gotten was 270. That was just too dam hard to carry around so now I am on a trim down trying to get down to around 220-225. As of now I am 250 and a little soft, (somewhere between the pilsbury doughboy and the Michelen Man! LOL)
