Notwhat answer you are looking for. If it's not muscular than are you asking about skeletal width/growth? Once you hit about 18 yrs old your bone ends are fused and further bone growth is impossible. Your bone structure is your bone structure. That's why alot of guys can get big but only a few have the structure/genetics to be world class bodybuilders. I hope this helped you.
