Banned from UMASS a while back for making threats against law enforcement. First board i've ever heard of that bans you without a single warning, but hey I guess things are tight now so they gotta be strict. Anyway, to clear things up here, I would never make a direct threat against LE. First off, no LE is on the boards and if they are you cant be charged for making a threat unless its to a specific person. Second I know the law fairly well and know what a threat is and what is not. For example, if you say hey John Doe, im gonna kill you. Thats a threat. But if you say "To law enforcement, I will pray to God everynight that your kids are abducted after school" its not a direct threat and you cannot be charged for it. In fact you could say that to a Judge in a courtroom and nothing can be done(probably not good for your case) but its a great way to get under the parites skin you would like to, without getting in trouble. For example, I WISH that everyone involved in LE with operation raw deal dies in fatal car accidents over Christmas.
