Night sweats
The last like 3-4 nights I've woken up in the middle of the night to a cold wet bed from pillow to toe. I'm sweating at night profusely a couple different occasions throughout the night. I feel wonderful other than that. I've had slow and steady fat loss the last few weeks, I'm thinking maybe its starting to catch up ? My metabolism is burning fat during the night causing me to pour sweat ? Like I said I feel great, a little sluggish at times throughout the day because of carb consumption but nothing out of the norm. I was taking ephedrine for a little bit in the morning before gym causing me to sweat more during my workout, but I never sweated at night. I haven't taken the ephedrine in over a week and the sweats almost seem to coinside with the stopping of ephedrine. Does this maybe have to do with sodium/water intake ? What is everyone's thoughts on this ?
