Here's the deal bro....if you're really over your ex 100% then it shouldn't be a problem. Is your current gf better than your ex? You seem like you 'might' be a little hung up on her still.
Also, do not get involved in the relationship between your ex and her bf...nothing at all good could come out of that.
You're a bigger man than I am because in my experience and I am older than you are, ex's are ex's for a reason. I am still in touch with a couple of real close ones but going on a vacation with them under these circumstances would be totally out of the question for me.
Good luck with this one. Just be a man about it. Be honest with your emotions to those around you and more importantly yourself. Just make sure at the end of the day you can look at yourself in the mirror (not flexing of course) and be OK with that person.
