i dont eat eggs as i use to eat about 20 a day and drink about 20 egg whites per day so i sickened myself on them.
i drink about 2 - 3 litres off whole milk per day,, i just use whole milk in my shakes so i thought i had the fat content covered.
im gonna start adding cheeze to some off my meals and i have started adding peanut butter to my shakes and it tastes pretty good.
