since you are good off the ground, rack pulls may help you through your sticking point. With rack pulls you can put more weight on the bar than you could typically handle and focus on your lock out which seems to be the portion which you are struggling with. I am currently training for a meet this Friday and used a routine by Coan which focused on speed work after your work sets and not sure if it helped, but I did eclipse my old PR with a 660 pull a week ago, I hope to pull more in my meet. I agree with Lockk and would try rack work and speed work.
