Now I am not a power lifter but when I was stuck at my lowly 315 I went to the west side barbell club site and read. Now 650 is way beyond what this old man will ever try but my goal was 375 which is just over 1.5 times my body weight what I used was rack pulls and speed work to get beyond my plateau.
