I myself have lost weight, now I just need to bulk up on muscle....
5'5 140 age 32
i believe the depot lupron is helping me drop weight fast. For the price, it better! My next shot is tomorrow when I go in for my drs apptmt.
I'm a mom of 3 <13 10 and 8>

Hey Shorti, I'm just poking my nose in and saying a quick HI, letting you know I'm here.

Let's see ... brief introduction ... I'm reasonably active on another board, under the same name as I have here. I'm very greatful to short1 for being kind enough to let me know about this board and I've been having a lovely time lurking (and window shopping, lets say). Haven't really had a lot to post because that first time out of the box is always the hardest, the "whadday say ... I'm gonna feel stupid ... check that, I really am ... oh, nevermind ..."

Let's see, I'm not competative, I lift because I love the iron and I've been doing it off and on since I was 29 so that's ... about 13 years, now I have a lot of interest in alternative medicine and general healing, hormonal manipulation and particularly HRT for men and women, and some other stuff, varied and sundry (spirituality/religion/paganism wicca are big on my list these days since my husband and I are petitioning a coven).

But I did want to say hello to y'all and let you know you got another chick in your midst

First time to post....really just quiet since I do mostly research about the things hubby takes and what not.

I don't compete, don't worry about a lot of stuff except lifting, and don't take any kind of supplements altho I have thought about it. Just love the weights. I lift with pwrlifter since I am attached to him...lol Been hooked on it for quite some time. I'm 31, 140 lbs at 5'8" and we've been married 3 1/2 yrs.

I love this board and hope to come here quite often on my own.

Competed at the USA's this July and came in 4th in the MW's.
