cheesecake before bed. You get tons of calories and fat but some protein. Nah, I really just do it for the taste and the calories. one slice is like 400calories. If you have a protein shake with it the bulk from the cheesecake will help slow the absorption of the protein and keep you anabolic all night long. At least that's what I tell myself........I know there is some truth to that statement.
