While it is a hard one to diagnose, I would stick to your threrapy that you have going , it seems that this is more common with the PH to me, anyway I have seen more gyno on these than reg AAS, I would stick with it for atleast another week, I myself have larger nips and when I have taken alot of Test and in a bulker the get a little puffy, but never any lumps aor sore. I use arimidex and HCG gfor my cycle and pct protocol, this is just my practice not any advice really...
