Thank you all
I don't deadlift every workout, I am trying to be careful of my back... My back used to be my weakest bodypart believe it or not before I discovered its potential... I dissected my back into various sections and hit it from every angle possible... I had days where I just hit rows, days where I just hit pulldowns/pullups variations, back width and back thickness, high volume and low volume days until it got up to par, and now its my best bodypart. Nowadays I just do pullups (weighted), pulldowns, t-bar rows, dumbbell rows.
I've pulled up to 7 plates for LOW reps. That was in my younger days... I train a lot smarter now, and safer.
Thanks again for the welcome guys.
