Gyno once developed it is only reversed with surgery. Some claim letro reverse's gyno but, as a uhhm lets say human mechanic. It does not reverse gyno. There are chemical's that can prevent it but, once it has developed it's there. I had a partial surgery to remove part of the gland 6 years ago was out of commision for about 2-3 weeks, if you choose this route go to someone other than who your seeing now. If you have all the gland removed you can loose sensitivity in your nips. Peace Forged

P.S Don't jump to conclusions that you have Gyno you may just be retaining water now if your saying you have a firm lump then chances are you may have Gyno but, if I were you I would get a second opinion.
