A Doctor and close friend told me to take 2iu three times a day and 200mg
of cyp every day,1400mg of test...He also said train very intensely..I have known Doc to pop ear drum doing heavey squats...He played college football
and in His fiftys tips the scales at 260's and He is a driven intellectual who has helped tremendously ,needlessly to say I followed suit and needlessto say
I became enthusiastic about bodybuilding again...from the age of 16 to21 I wanted to be a pro,then realty hit me and genetics if I only would of gained right of passage earlier I could of been a contender
