I've only run it the last four weeks before I did my last show. You don't always want to totally block estrogen production because estrogen increases natural igf-1 production and I believe it helps regulate blood pressure/cholesterol levels. Unless you are really sensitive to estrogen related sides I would hold off on using arimidex from the get go. JMO
