so if i would do 60 mcg of igf after w/o when and how many times aweek do mgf iherd 200 mcg but if igf in morning and mgf mid day or night?how often for mgf though mon /friday 200 mcg all at once or split it up my igf is daily i no that but just explain mgf schedule
