i would say for fat loss the HGH with the IGF1 but for muscle gains the MGF with the IGF1.
I really dont see the point in taking IGF1 split throughout the day, or on non-workout days. #1 - what is the magic about taking it in the morning? #2 - since it doesnt take weeks to build up in your system, why not just take it only on workout days?
I would take your 60mcg immediately following your workout if i were you.
