I'm gonna go back to milder natural duiretics, lasix and thyazide just flatten me out bad. I don't hold to much water anyway, so I know I can be dry, my problem the last two shows has been fullness. So I will water deplete, carb up cross my fingers...actually I have a buddy who is helpin me, he's helped a bunch of my buds, and other associates with the contest diet and such, nobody he helps ever places low and most of the time they win their respective weight class.
