my boyfriend is going to be 50 next year and he's decided to start gh. he has enough on hand to take 2iu's a day for a year, plus enough for me to take 1iu a day for a year if I want to.
I haven't decided yet if I'll be taking it (I'm 33). All the information available regarding women and gh is conflicting. Especially on the bb sites. those women take it for competition and I've seen doses as high as 6 iu's a day for some of them. yikes.
