Since nobody has answered this question yet let me step in here.

)dosage is somewhat dependent on weight, but i think more dependent on age and sex. women get the same results off of less iu's per day than men, and older people get the same results off of less iu's per day than younger people. you'll experience better results off of GH if you're over 30 years old.

)as far as bad side effects, your wrist pain will get pretty bad but i've heard it goes away after about 6 months of continuous use. wrist pain is the only real (and very annoying) side effect i've noticed. GH actually retains water inside the joints, which is good for the joint, but stretches the tendons around it which gives you a constant dull pain. other than that, all the other side effects are good sides such as fat loss, muscle gain, increased libido and mood, better skin tone, etc.

)everyone is different but refer to answer #1. fat loss is usually to be expected and the momentum of it picks up the longer you're on GH. most people experience better, tighter (and thicker) skin after 3 months of GH and a better wellbeing. people that only use GH for 12 weeks at a time are stopping right before the good effects really kick in.

)alot of people believe you should split up the dosage because GH is very short acting (only active for 2-2.5 hrs after injection) and they think theyre getting longer activity if they do it twice a day. i believe this is bullshit. GH has a shorter half life than Dbol. if you only took Dbol twice a day you probably wouldnt get that good of results. I believe the best time to take GH is right before you workout. GH will put your body in a fatburning state by lowering insulin production, and increasing thyroid turnover (T4 to T3). it has also been theorized to initiate hyperplasia...and i believe this is true (it makes sense). so what better time to take advantage of all these effects than when you're working out? GH is very anticatabolic and working out itself is a catabolic action. i believe GH will give you an edge over time by preventing you from burning muscle during your workout...and then what do you have left to burn?? FAT!

)empty stomach is due to it counteracting insulin. when insulin rises GH drops....but i think thats referring to natural GH production. i dont really see the point in having to take it on an empty stomach....unless i'm really missing something here.
