good stuff
I decided to get creative one day and came up with these bad boys...you can make into muffins or pancakes. I kind of just eyeballed everything.
-1 package frozen butternut squash
-scoop or more protein powder
-1 cup oatmeal
-3/4 egg whites
-splenda (much as you want)
-cinnamon
Cook squash, it will come out like mashed sweet potatoes (tastes sooooo good) then mix everything together and make as pancakes or muffins.
