I'm a newbee here. I Had a few rough years with several deaths in my family and was away from lifting for awhile. I recently got back-on and started lifting again. I had dropped a lot of weight down to 165. I am back up to about 185 now. Not too bad for just shy of 2 and 1/2 months. Hoping to get back to 205 at some point.
