Hey everybody. Just joined abb.com. Looks like it is everything it is said to be. I am 28yrs old, 5'11 and 190lbs. I've been lifting for about 4 years and love it more and more. right now just looking for help on dropping BF and building lean muscle. any help is appreciated.
