Hi all,
I'm keen on getting back to a high level of fitness but don't want to bulk up any more. Is it possible to tone up and get my strength up but at the same time limit body growth/muscle expansion to a minimum? |

Lift hard and do cardio 4-5 days per week. Make it a habbit.
50% protein, 30% Carbs, and 20% fat. I dont like to eat fat and carbs together because they are both forms of energy...and since carbs are used first, the fat just gets stored (at least that is my thought). So eat your carbs in the morning and your fats at night....if you do oeat carbs at night...make it low in calorie and high in nutrient(ie asparagus, brocolli, etc.) |
