So everyone talks about abs a lot, but what about obliques. I've got a little bit of flab starting to build up around my obliques and have never directly worked them. Any thoughts about what works best? Do you work them with your abs?

You dont want to completely bulk up your obliques and destroy ur v taper, but leaving them out can doom a physique aesthetically.
I heard that wearing a lifting belt can help obliques from growing outwards but am not completely sure (probably broscience) the bit of flab might just be fat (you are prob. genetically predisposed to storing fat on ur obliques[lovehandles]) I work them w/ my abs b4 an off day |
