Hey all,
Now, it's safe to say I always get nauseaus(sp?) during leg days, but tonight for the first time, I vomited during my chest routine. I was fine during DB inclines, but right after my DB flat bench presses, I started feeling light headed. I went over to dips, and after 3 sets because nauseaus. I finished up with 2 sets of pushups and yaked my workout drink. I went back to finish my tri's up with some lying french presses, got sick again. Pushed myself to do my calves and yaked one more time. Anyone else go this hard during any other workout besides legs? No I'm not on a cycle...

happenes to me here and there....its either you really pushed yourself or your drink didnt settle right

Squats always give me a hint that something might come out of my mouth
![]() Never actually vomited but felt couple of times something stock in my throat while squatting. Never bothered me though, cos there is a garbage can by squat racks in my gym. I guess the gym management have had experience in the past ![]() |

Yea, I always get sick during legs, but never chest. Oh well.
