IMO and have usd T-3 It was hard at all to tell .. due to the other chems and anabolics ... its one of them try for yourselve deals keep a log and record everything .. for me I really just never notice much .. until I stopped running it than i noticed a few things .. like how well it worked taking it LOL.. so basicly the results are what to look for .. fat loss..ect
