Yaking during Chest workout
Hey all,
Now, it's safe to say I always get nauseaus(sp?) during leg days, but tonight for the first time, I vomited during my chest routine. I was fine during DB inclines, but right after my DB flat bench presses, I started feeling light headed. I went over to dips, and after 3 sets because nauseaus. I finished up with 2 sets of pushups and yaked my workout drink. I went back to finish my tri's up with some lying french presses, got sick again. Pushed myself to do my calves and yaked one more time.
Anyone else go this hard during any other workout besides legs? No I'm not on a cycle...
